The data controller processes personal, identification data (e.g., name, surname, company name, address, VAT number, postal code, e-mail, telephone, etc. – hereinafter, “Personal Data” or “Data”) collected directly from you and freely provided by you, or from third parties provided to us on your indication, for the purpose of establishing and/or executing a contractual relationship of provision of services or products rendered by the data subject. In any case, all data is processed in compliance with the law and in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality, including data within the limits of what is authorised by current procurement legislation public, pursuant to art. 2-octies of Legislative Decree 196/2003. For the management of the present questionnaire no special data are processed.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING

The purpose of data processing is to measure the degree of customer satisfaction of Ma.in.a. S.r.l. in relation to the products and services offered. The legal basis for the processing, that certifies its lawfulness, is the performance of a contract or the execution of measures (Art. 6 par. 1 letter b, GDPR).

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE

The data controller will process your Personal Data in compliance with the guarantees of confidentiality and security measures provided by the Data controller itself, through IT and telematic tools and manually, with logics strictly related to the purposes of the processing. Treatment is carried out also with the aid of electronic means and is carried out by the Data controller and/or data processors that the Data controller may use to store, manage and transmit data.
The processing does not involve automated profiling operations.
Once the intended purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous and however, they will not be kept for more than 5 years from their collection.

NATURE AND PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO ANSWER

The provision of data is optional, therefore failure to communicate data to Ma.in.a. S.r.l through the questionnaire does not entail any kind of consequence for the customers.

PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS, COMMUNICATE AND DISSEMINATE DATA

The data we collect is not “disseminated” by us in any way and indiscriminately to indeterminate subjects. For the purposes set out in this policy, on the other hand, personal data may be “communicated” by us to one or more subjects determined in the following terms:
a) to authorised persons within our company, in particular to the employees of our administrative and commercial offices;
b) to our subjects consultants, to the extent necessary to carry out their duties with a duty of confidentiality and safety.

    The data controller may refuse cancellation only in the case of: a) exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; (b) fulfilment of a legal obligation, performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or exercise of official authority; (c) reasons of public health interest; d) Archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes; (e) the exercise of a Judicial law;
  •  obtain the restriction of processing in the event of: a) contestation of the accuracy of personal data; b) unlawful processing by the Data controller to prevent its cancellation; c) exercise of your right in court; (d) verification of possible prevalence the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the data subject;
  • receive, if the processing is carried out by automated means, without and in a structured, commonly used and readable format the personal data concerning you in order to transmit them to another data controller or – if technically feasible – to obtain direct transmission from the data controller to another data controller;
  • object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent for the purpose of collection;
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
