Cyrus System

The CIRUS system is made up of several components of which the controller, the impulse transformer, the heat sealing bar and cooling unit are the four main ones. Line filter, current transformer and other optional components are part of the system as well.

This technology makes possible to carry out the only sealing, the only “thermomechanical” cutting or the combination named cut& seal that does the two actions in the same time, even through liquids. Standard straight bars can be used, or customized tools with 2D shapes and active/inactive parts on request.

Once the information has been collected through the on-line questionnaire and the samples of material to be sealed by ROPEX, the most suitable solution is developed, eventually designing special solutions.
